RETURN
In order to return the purchased goods, the Customer should inform the Seller about the willingness to return the purchase within 14 days of receiving the shipment. (A sample form is included in the link: return). The statement may be sent by e-mail to the address sklep@jakob-czapka.com, by entering “Return” in the subject line. We will contact you once the product is returned.
Then, within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Customer is obliged to send back the purchased goods together with the document confirming the purchase to the following address:

The money will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
COMPLAINT
The Customer may inform the Seller about the willingness to submit a complaint by e-mail by sending a statement to the address sklep@jakob-czapka.com, entering “Complaint” in the subject of the message.
The goods under complaint along with the printed statement and proof of purchase should be sent to the following address:

Complaints about the goods will be considered within 14 days from the date of filing the complaint. The customer will be informed about the method of considering the complaint by e-mail or telephone.
